AstralIdeal offers astrology chart readings and tarot card readings. In accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, these services are provided solely for the purposes of entertainment, personal reflection, and general informational enrichment. AstralIdeal does not claim to predict the future, foretell events, communicate with deceased individuals, or possess supernatural, paranormal, or psychic abilities of any kind.

Nothing communicated during a session, whether written or spoken, constitutes or is intended to constitute advice of a legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other licensed professional nature. These readings are not a substitute for professional guidance from qualified and licensed practitioners.

Section 02

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Astrological and tarot interpretations are inherently symbolic and subjective in nature. AstralIdeal makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any information provided during a session. Interpretations reflect one practitioner's perspective and are offered in the spirit of self-reflection, not as definitive truth. Results and personal takeaways will vary from person to person.

Client Responsibility

By booking a session or submitting the contact form, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• You are engaging with these services of your own free will.
• You will not make significant life decisions, financial, medical, legal, or relational, based solely on information received in a reading.
• You take full and sole responsibility for your own choices and actions following any session.
• You understand that a reading is a tool for reflection and self-exploration, not a directive for action.

Section 04

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If AstralIdeal must cancel a session for any reason, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered to the client promptly.

Section 05

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during a session, including birth data, life circumstances, questions, and personal disclosures, is held in strict confidence. Your information will never be shared with or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. Any session recording provided to you is for your personal use only and may not be shared publicly or commercially without prior written consent from AstralIdeal.

Section 06

Intellectual Property

All written materials, interpretations, and content produced by AstralIdeal, including email summaries, chart write-ups, session notes, and website content, are the intellectual property of AstralIdeal. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of these materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

AstralIdeal, its owner, and any affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of these services or reliance upon any information provided therein. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific session in question.

Section 08

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.

Section 09

Modifications

AstralIdeal reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
